Great Southern Homes Recognized Among The Top Customer Service Leaders In The Homebuilding Industry

 Irmo, SC - For the second year in a row, Great Southern Homes received the prestigious Guildmaster Award from GuildQuality for 2021, which recognizes home builders, remodelers, and home service professionals who consistently deliver superior customer service.  

During the qualification process, GuildQuality, an Atlanta-based third-party customer satisfaction surveying company, reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates.

To receive the award in 2021, GuildQuality members had meet the following criteria: a Likely to Recommend score of 90% or higher and a survey response rate of 50% or greater. Members also had to survey ALL their customers.  

“We are thrilled with our receipt of the Guildmaster Award as we have earned a recommendation rate of 90% by our buyers for 2020”, said Mike Satterfield, CEO of Great Southern Homes. “Only about 40% of eligible builders surveyed across the nation are able to achieve this prestigious recognition in quality, and even fewer production builders are able to achieve it. I’m proud that our hard work and our investment in quality is paying off. With receipt of this recognition, I pledge to continue to improve our quality scores from our customers and make Great Southern Homes a brand synonymous with quality.”
