rmo, SC – In the most recent Builder 100 list of the nation’s largest homebuilders, Great Southern Homes rose another 10 positions to become the 44th largest builder in the nation (Builder Magazine, May 2020). In 2019, the company achieved $281 million in closed sales volume with 1,265 homes closed, an average settlement pace of 105 new homes per month.

Privately-held Great Southern Homes, headquartered in Irmo, SC again held to a record-setting performance with over 1,200 new home sales and topping over $280 million in sales for the first time in the company’s history.
